This should be posted on the Logitech forums, as far as they are concerned its buy a new camera.It won't work with Vista 64-Bit, I did try this and it failed Goug It worked perfectly on my Quickcam Messenger, great!I didn't install the logitech software though, it's still works perfectly with skype etc. Do an update of drivers ,manually selecting the driver.

Ben It doesn't work with Vista 64 bit. I had a problem installing the driver initially because there was no option to manually select the driver. Last OS for that product is Windows XP.
