N Aww.. Logitech V-uas14 Driver Been looking for a file.. .inf file of some sort in order to extract it from the folder qc848enu .. excellent! You will need to find a copy of usbaudio.sys from someone with Win XP which is located in x:WindowsSystem32drivers.9.

But this is simply the manual way.PS this works with most drivers for any hardware. Choose to install the driver manually by instructing the Wizard to locate and look for the web cam driver inside the Drivers folder under the unpacked folder of the qc848enu.exe setup sam help…im up to step 3 and i right clicked on qc848enu.exe and it doesnt say extract anywhere.. this content I need to install Logitech Pro 9000, and no driver work (from disk or from site, or 848 mentioned in this post too).

I had a problem installing the driver initially because there was no option to manually select the driver. Works a treat now! The instructions helped me install my old Zoom on my 32 bit Vista Home. I have a quickcam messanger.

The USB device should be listed in the Device Manager window, probably in the Other Devices category, with a yellow exclamation point next to it. After the reboot my QC Messenger mic has an error message: The device can not be started.

It should fail, and "Add Hardware Wizard" dialog window will appear. t d No offence guys… but this is what every driver installer does, extracts the driver files and points the add new hardware wizard to the location.
