Setpoint 4.72_x64 unpacks, makes it to Step 4, then bails on "Installing Critical Components". disappointed about. I contacted Logitech and they will not support the verision of QuickCam Pro 5000 that I have but there is another version of the same product that might work. Because the button spacing on the newer trackballs is different enough from the old one to make it an issue for me.
