Unfortunately, the Unifying management software provided by Logitech is only for Windows. sudo apt-get update fails with ` W: Failed to fetch ppa.launchpad.net/daniel.pavel/solaar/ubuntu/dists/vivid/main/… 404 Not Found` and again for binary-i386/Packages. I'd like to configure the side buttons of the wheel, to be able to go forward and backward over the windows by just pressing those buttons, like once I did in check over here After testing, he came up with a set of instructions (originally posted at another site) and I have rewritten them here in a [hopefully] more accurate process.
