I spent 80$ on a G-15 gaming keyboard in 2006 and a month later ALL of the letters on the keys wore totally off. I.e. Years ago I had a couple of Logitech mice and they worked but it appears that something has happened with this company. So my first logitech product….a simple Extreme Gaming Headset. There's nothing wrong with that at all. Anyways, I have several Logitech products, and i will continue to buy Logitech products because i have never had a problem. No email is available- 646 number never works.
The reasons for this have been explained several times above. Untill now all this crap stuff have been either not working proper or when something is wrong can't get this nasty company to answer correctly or even get them to replace Sent them an email so we'll see what happens. I'm a fairly helpless mouse nerd and own more different mice than I'd like to count, but I absolutely love the G502. Looks like e-bay might have it here from the states in less than 2 weeks. I would try to call back but sitting on hold for an hour does NOT appeal to me whatsoever. This guy in tech support says at first I can get a receiver if I am under warranty. I hate Logitech!
Logitech always have quite high quality aswell so. I'm sure they'll move this sensor into a more stripped down shell and that will work better for a different customer base, but I have absolutely no issue with the product The way he was telling logitech his stories, i wouldn't blame them either.. 1.5 years? seems like you encountered the same thing I did.

The only way to get them from Australia is through email but their email system won't send because of an edit that says I have to enter a "product" in the I'm sure that I don't click harder than the average person, yet I went through SEVERAL mice.
