The problem still persists. At the bios or during grub the keyboard does work immediately, probably since at that time there aren't any bluetooth drivers loaded yet. We may just need to be patient, or even delve in and fix the code causing the problem ourselves (this is partly what OSS is about after all). We'd hoped that Logitech's software would let us adjust the sensitivity, but it has no such feature.
