TLDR: Graphics card and wlan card randomly stop working!! I've also tried plugging the headphones into all the usb ports in my computer but none of them worked. It worked last week, and I didn't have it on since then. Installing the headset couldn't be easier, because it relies on Windows 7's native USB drivers.
